Delivery cost :

Delivery costs including:

  • A Gift box
  • A postal box
  • An insurance

We have a wordwild delivery service.

  •   France métropolitaine :12 euros (colissimo 2 days)
  •   Europe : 15 euros (colissimo 4-7 days)
  • USA/CANADA : 20 euros (colissimo 4-7 days)
  •   Rest of world* : 25 euros (colissimo 4-7 days)

Notice that for each delivery your signature is required. As delivery timescale depends of the manufacturing timescale, some product askes for a longer timescale. An email will be sent to confirm the exact date (generally between 1 and 3 weeks). In case of multi items, only one delivery will be done. Its timescale will be fixed on the longer one.

Sizes Garanteed : What happens if I failed in size?

Because finding the “good size” is a major concern and legitimate, we tried to answer this question as well as possible. Thus we placed at your disposal a “guide of the sizes” which will be a great help in case of doubt. On certain products you can even order with our  Tailor Made serivce.  You can also indicate your measurements in your profile,so we can validate them. Despite everything if at the recept of your order, the size is obviously not the good one, you have the possibility of returning us whole or part of your order. For that thank you to defer you to the question “how to make a return”.

 

How to make a return ?

If you are not satisfied to 100% with your order you have a 15 days deadline as from the date of reception of the parcel to make us a request for return or exchange. Contact us at contact@frenchlingerieshop.com (or contact form), by indicating your invoice number and products which you wish to return us or exchange. We will indicate you the procedure to forward to us your return.
Refunding or the exchange will be sent to you as of reception and control of the returned products.

 

In a preoccupation with hygiene, we will not be able to accept the articles which were worn. In case of doubt about a size, please compare this article with a corresponding article of your own wardrobe. For example you can superimpose the panty received with one of yours.

 

How to do shopping on Frenchlingerieshop.com?

You can mainly browse by designers or type of parts (see the heading left-hand column in the Home Page).
Browse, choose and add to your cart all the products which your interest. You can constantly visualize and modify the contents of your cart while clicking on “view cart” in the top menu. To continue shopping from the caddie, click on the link “continue shopping” at the foot of the page.

 

 

How to validate my cart/order?

Stage 1: When you want to validate your cart you must click on “checkout”. This link is at the foot of the page in your cart and directly in the top menu.

 


Stage 2: You have then to provide us the elements necessary to the treatment of your order. With this intention 3 possibilities are offered to you:
You are already member: You just have to fill identifier and your password.
You can become a member of frenchlingerieshop. Your personal information will be recorded for future orders. To be done, click on “register” and fill the form of the coordinates.
You can pay as a guest while clicking on the link “payment”. In this case your personal information will be valid solely for the pending order. You will not be able to profit from the various advantages and promotions offered to our members.

 


Stage 3: Once your validated your personal information, you will be able to visualize the whole of your order including the transport costs. This page allows you also to select the type of transport and the type of payment, if different possibilities exist. Click on "continue" to validate this page.

 


Stage 4: Last stage before payment.
In this page you will find:

  • The summary of your personal information.
  • The transport mode.
  • The Mode of payment.

In order to be able to proceed the payment we kindly request you to validate our general terms of sales to this stage.

 


Stage 5: You will be redirected towards the Paypal servor for the payment (see the question “Which are the means of payment”).

 


Stage 6: As soon as your payment will be validated by Paypal, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

 

 

Methods of payment?

We accept the majority of credit cards, thanks to Paypal and its module of payment by bank cards. You are not obliged to open a paypal account, information requested are only used to validate your payment.
If you have already a Paypal account, Paypal allow you to pay your order thanks to this account.

 

Why so long delivery timescale?

The quality of the products and their exclusiveness are at this price!
The designers whom we selected have a production of very great quality which could be connected with “haute couture”. Most of the models presented are hand made and on demand. Your patience will be rewarded by the arrival of an “oeuvre d'art!”
